1. Returns Period  
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

3. Non-returnable Items  
- Perishable goods  
- Personalized or custom items  
- Sale items (unless faulty)

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

5. How to Return  
To initiate a return, contact us at info@ldcoutlet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

6. Return Shipping 
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
